 In charge of DC-2 facilities. Handling a team of 35 housekeeping personnel with five Housekeeping Supervisors, Team of Carpenters, Painters and masons were directly reporting to me.
 Building # 9 to 12,Security Blocks, Drivers retiring rooms, Bus parking area, Sewage treatment plant, electrical switch control room, DG room, Dinning rooms, housekeeping stores and Conference room were under my Custody
 Coordinating with the Electrical dept for the maintenance of the Switch control and DG room.
 Member of the Catering committee. Handling the DC-2 Canteen, banquet and Dinning Halls
 Heading a team which takes care of Visitor Management
 Taking care of house keeping
 Maintenance of the Premises and ware house
 Training of the staff
 Payments of utilities
 Handling Despatch section
 Allocation of Tasks
