 Preparing short term sales plan. Monitoring the progress against the plan and reporting the progress to management on quarterly basis
 Identifying and addressing problems and issues that affect the sales forces’ ability to generated profitable revenue. Oversee the local market business planning process to ensure their timely and comprehensive completion.
 Supporting sales plan development through preparation of Market/Industry analysis reports customised for the requirements of the partners/ Sr. leadership
 Supporting the preparation of competitive intelligence reports, competitive profiling & business deep dives for Business Strategy and Marketing team maintaining uniformity amongst the global network offices
 Ensuring Sales Operation requirements have been effectively implemented into the local markets and within Head Office departments.
 Monitor sales performance reporting and communicating monthly performance; conducting competitive analysis to understand present situation.
 Implement and co-ordinate a wide variety of projects for delivery across the sales organisation and ensure their quality control, timeliness and consistency in implementation
 Conducted segmental analysis of market performance, identified the gaps and executed measures to improvise sales.
 Maintained record of orders, payments of distributors, special rates and bulk order rates offering. Provided administrative support for staff meetings.
 Performing the sales forecast and following up for deficit targets. Handled the collection of overdue payments and expenses reimbursement of sales force.
 Support by preparing & monitoring the marketing budgets, provision, pay-outs, sample management and costing & tracking of Return On Investment documents
 Accountable for daily administrative requirements of the sales division and prepared relevant records & analysis for the same
 Managing office sales support staff, ensuring productivity of the team, mentoring and developing individual staff members, performing team and individual assessment.
